RE: Introducing Cox WiFi

I am so disgusted with Cox the DVR does not record tv shows it gets stuck and idles. When wanting to watch recorded shows it does not load. The WiFI is no good we are still using our phone data my kids hate cox internet they are upset. When you call them to repair they tell you that you have to upgrade I have tier three and still is not fast.  Then  when it was installed they said they will keep my bill at 146 dollars that is not the truth I am paying 165 dollars.  I should of never switched to cox.
