I have been trying to stream to Twitch.tv; but have been unable to do so. I have tried setting my Comp; the modem reset tool, physically resetting my modem, flushing my DNS and changing my DNS. Seems to be on Cox's end as far as I can tell; started ever since my internet went out this weekend and when I called Cox I was told there was maintenance going on in my area; Macon, GA.

What make/model modem and router are you using?

I am using an ARRIS SURFboard SBG6900AC DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem/ Wi-Fi AC1900 Router. I am trying via a wired Ethernet cable and have tried with nothing else connected as well. I am signed up for the ultimate internet package, and my speed tests (even while attempting to stream) show about 330 mbps download and 35 mbps upload.

The trace route you posted earlier shows a near direct handoff to their network and the speed tests are inline with your subscription. It's possible the problem you're experiencing isn't Internet related. Have you reached out to Twitch support yet to see if they have any thoughts?
