First, do you have a DOCSIS 3.0 modem? If your not sure, just reply with it's model number, which should be a sticker somewhere on the modem.

Second, are you connecting directly to that modem? Not wireless, or wired through a router.

Third, did you recently upgrade your modem and/or service?
