Phoenix Channel Line-Up defaults to Tucson Line-Up PLEASE FIX

I've tested both links provided and they both defaulted to the Phoenix Channel line-up. Try clearing out your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files then closing out your browser. When you reopen your browser, go to www.cox.com. It should automatically prompt you to enter in your location on the right hand side. Key in your zip code and select the option to Come On In. Once you select that, it should take you to the home page. From there you should be able to access the channel line-up and it should show Phoenix by default. Let us know if this helps. 

No it still defaults to Tucson, I am using Google DNS if that matters (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4)

EDIT: Changing back to Cox DNS, I still get the Tucson listings under the Phoenix Metro Lineup

The Channel Listings says  Phoenix Metro Lineup but when you look at the channels they are Tucson stations and channels

The Following channels listed for Phoenix, are not Phoenix Stations.  Nor is the rest of the listings.

I agree the lineup is listed wrong on that page and had just recently changed to being wrong (probably 9/23)... I have tried numerous computers, phones and tablets that have never connected to cox in the past from home and 3 work locations so it can not be a function of something left in cache but cleared it anyway just to appease your insisting that being the problem.  If it helps, the correct lineup does appear in the pdf download on the same page... look at that then look at the channels on that page for phoenix and any person would see the difference as we do not get tucson channels in phoenix... and the essentials tier is also all wrong we get tnt on 26, usa on 28 (actually correct), espn on 33, and syfy on 50 to name a few... the lineup on that page shows those channels as being  29, 28, 24, and 56 

I've just checked the line-ups for both Phoenix-Metro and  Tucson and they now show correctly and the page matches the .pdf for each area. Please try again and let me know if you are continuing to have problems with the lineup for Phoenix -Metro.
