Can i view a pay-per view event from my mobile device?

Not through Cox, not that I know of. Cox's only connection should be INdemand, which is a cable based system. Possibly EOD contend through the Contour 2.0 app, but that's different then the PPV content. You may still rent it from the broadcaster separately though.
