OK I have a question, if I only have 1 box in the house how can I block cartoon network on every TVs? I have a 4yr old and he's picking up everything from this station.

If The Cartoon Network is analog (as it is on most Cox systems), and a TV is not using a STB (box), you CANNOT block a single channel without a very "sharp" filter tuned to that channel's frequency.

You can use the TV's parental controls or V-Chip option if it's available. You will need to check the owner's manual to verify. What type of TVs do you have?
