Only bugs since I got Contour

I had contour for several months now and I can't remember a week that I have not had problems with it. Current issues .1 Doesn't record shows it should be recording. the red light on the show is on, it is on the list to be recording, but it is not being recorded. 2. Records the first 2 - 15 minutes of a show and then stops recording. 3. When you play a show back it freezes and won't let you move forward . you have to get out of the playback, all together. Cox has replace the box once, They are coming out again, but how many times can they keep replacing the box....
