How do I set my On Demand and Movies channels to have a password? I want to be the only person that can approve the kids renting movies or watching on demand??

Are you using Passport, or are you using Trio (Contour)?
If Trio (Contour), enter SETTINGS and follow prompts
SETTINGS->PARENTAL CONTROLS->PARENTAL LOCKS
...and/or...
SETTINGS->PARENTAL CONTROLS->SET PURCHASE PIN.
