on demand usa channel my primetime
It has gone away from my primetime completley after having many connection issues with it over the weekend.

Indeed it has, along with Music Choice HD, Bravo, and PBS Sprout. We are currently doing some work on the main On Demand servers in Atlanta and hope to have everything back to normal soon.
