On Demand Updates

Question

For the past few weeks - it seems like On-Demand channels are not updating content.  Particularly bad is CBS on demand - which isn't showing any new programs for the last 2 weeks.  But I would say this is happening across most of the My Primetime category.

Usually in cases like this a reboot of the box helps.  That can be done by disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and reconnecting.

I've been having the same problem but on multiple networks. My wife & I tried to watch The Bible from The History Channel On-Demand and got all the way to the very last episode and it never, to this day, showed up on On-Demand. Now, I've been watching The Following from The Fox Network On-Demand, due to me having young kids in the house and the content on that show. Cox and On-Demand advertise that the shows will be available within 24 hours of airing. It's 5/10 and I'm still looking for the 5/6 show which was, once again, the very last show of the series. My wife has sworn off ever watching On-Demand since The Bible issue and since I told her about the recent problem with The Following she says you guys are just trying to sell DVD's or some other pay service to watch the last episodes. One other show, Bates Motel, is never on within 24 hours and I end up watching it on-line on AETV.com. Fox won't put The Following on-line until 8 days after it airs. What gives? We pay for 'Advance TV Service' with the On-Demand features as part of the package when they aren't reliably always there. Are you saying if I unplug my box, wait two minutes and plug it back in, that the final episode of The Bible is going to mysteriously show up. I kinda doubt it..
