On Demand missing episodes

For many many weeks, we are finding episodes of shows missing. It occurs with different shows and channels. I have called customer care, and they sent a repair technician out. This has not fixed the problem. Right now, General Hospital is missing a full week of shows. Shows do show up at some point, but there does not seem to be any r rhyme or reason.
