Oh my Goodness

Hi,

I just recently moved from Dish to Cox (I recently relocated towns) and the apartment complex is weird about using Dish or Direct TV.  I am have the weird pixilation problems that people have been talking about, and in my opinion the Hopper is a far superior product to the DVR Cox is using. Does anyone find that even the remote control makes no sense at all. Press C to exit when there is an exit button....and the DVR freezes and I have to unplug it etc. However Cox internet is great..it spanks AT&T all over the place.
