not getting the internet speeds i paid for. FED UP
im paying for the 150 MBPS download speeds. but instead im getting 3.86 MBPS. why would i want to keep paying that price or even stay with the same company? and yes that is the speeds im getting from a wired connection.

First, are you getting 3.86 megabits(Mb) or megabytes(MB)? Can you post the results of what ever speed test you are using?
Second, how are you connected? Have you tried connecting direct to the modem/gateway and testing then?
Finally, what model modem/router/gateway do you have? Should be printed on a sticker somewhere on the unit.
