not getting premier speeds
I recently upgraded from preferred to premier but I'm not getting the download speeds associated with premier. I have a Cisco DPC3010 modem, I've power cycled it a couple of times to no avail. I'm consistently getting 30mbps down, and anywhere from 3-25mbps up. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Don't know where you got you modem but I thought It might be worth mentioning make sure your modem is a docsis 3 0 the 2.0 will only go to 5 mb download . This was the issue I was having when I upgraded my package.
