Nomorobo, simultaneous ring feature

Please add this service for residential customers. I understand it is available for business customers. I have read that Telecom companies such as Cox earn revenue from the robo-callers. Is this true? Is that why you won't help consumers put a stop to robocalling? The only way to get it stopped is if it becomes too expensive for the perpetrators to continue. Please help!!!
