No connection
I am not able to get a WiFi connection on my devices. I have tried unplugging to reset the WiFi but it is still not working. What do I do?

How are you getting online now? Do your wired connections work?
What modem/router/gateway do you have? Their model numbers should be printed on a sticker, usually on the bottom near some bar codes or on the front where the lights are.
Last, can you explain how you can't connect to the Wifi? Another words, can you see the network? If so, when you try to connect, does it give a error? Or can you connect to the network but just not get online after?
In general, a good thing to try is to shut everything down. Then power up the modem and wait until all the normal lights come on the front, THEN turn on the router (unless you have a gateway/combo), wait for the normal lights again, then turn on a wired connection and see if you can get online. Then try connecting via Wifi. If you still can't connect then, try connecting your PC directly to the modem and then reboot it(disco/reco power) and try again.
