New Contour Box

One of the new Contour boxes that Shawn Bradford, the Cox technician, installed last Tuesday has stopped working. Please have him come back to my house tomorrow between 3 and 5 pm to install a new box. I've unplugged the box and restarted it twice. No good. The TV is now unhooked from the Contour box and is hooked directly to the cable so my 95 year old mother-in-law can watch the TV.
