New 6HD-DVR . What are outputs & how to use?
I have a new 6 HD -DVR box. There are two sets of outputs. one set works fine when I send the signal to a VCR/DVD.
However, the Other set of outputs do not seem to work at all, no matter what the input source (TV, or DVD/VCR). & worse, when I plug the 3 A/V plugs (Yellow, White, Red) into the 2nd output, the 1st output no longer works.
Any thoughts???

Ideally the outputs on the box should only be connected to one device. Can you describe a little better what it is you're trying to setup?

are you sure both sets are outputs and not one input one output?

DVRs generally do not have video and audio inputs, just the coaxial cable input.
