my bill

I called in to make arrangements to have my bill due starting on the 15th of every month and get my july bill and it says that I have a past due amount that must be paid immediately or my services will be shut off for non -payment. So I had to make a payment arrangement for 7/13 as a result, Will my  services be affected or have interruption as a result of this? since I can't make a payment until 7/13
