I would like to have 4 different tv channels shown on a single TV screen. I have the Cox digital package, what else would I need? Splitters? Processor? etc. etc. Thanks for any help on this....

I have never heard of such a thing. Is this just something you thought up or did you see or hear of it somewhere? I guess you could just get a large monitor, 1 desktop PC, a decent video card, 4 HD HomeRuns, 4 cable cards and compress the 4 displays to show on the screen, but that wouldn't be a "TV".
I also found this, but your talking 2000$ atleast. Big money. It would be alot cheaper just to buy 4 TV's.

I have seen this done at sports bars, have no idea what equipment they are using.
Many DVR Surveillance systems can do this.
But, I have never seen a residential TV device that can do this, It would not be that difficult to implement in the software with a DVR that had 4 or 6 tuners, but would the cost to develop the software, pay off, and would many people actually use that feature?
Cox has News & Sports Zone channels on the Rovi IPG equipment that will display 6 News channels or 6 Sports channels, but you cannot select which channels are displayed, they are set by Cox.
