Motorola 6141
Hi, I picked up a Motorola 6141 modem because I saw it approved on the compatibility list available on the Cox site. I'm trying to activate it online but it is not available as an option though every other Motorola modem is including the 6180. Is this an oversight in the activation process or has the modem been taken off the list for some reason?

The Motorola 6141 is approved, and works great. I know because I have one.
The item number is available in our inventory system for technicians to provision but apparently it hasn't been added to the self-activation system. I'll send up an email pointing this out, but in the meantime you can call it in, or if you email your account info to coxhelp@cox.com I can set it up for you.
