Most cable channels FROZE at 12:02 am. Internet and phone dead too! NO ONE WILL ACCEPT CALLS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I want answers now. Was working on a project due at 12 am and now, my laptop Internet service is GONE TOO. Please advise ASAP!
12:02 am and our cable channels 14 and up FROZE. Internet where I had 2 hours of work LOST, PHONE DEAD! Customer Service not answering calls. I need immediate information about what is going on? N24 years with Cox and I am furious. Please advise me ASAP

There seems to be a widespread outage in the SE of US ranging from Louisiana to Florida from what I can tell. Haven't heard anything official yet. ::PING:: Moderator; any word? Seems like not your average outage if its effecting multiple states.
Also please respond with your general area. What ever your comfortable saying, town, zip, state, etc.
