Mobile app for DVR programming

I was wondering, but don't know the proper channel to make this request, if there are plans to release a mobile app for the Windows Phone platform. I've been a U-Verse customer for the past 4 years, but I am switching to Cox this week. I carry Windows Phone rather than iPhone or Android and one thing I will miss is the ability to program my DVR from my mobile phone.
