Mini Box
ok I know I will need a Mini Box when Cox goes all Digital, but my question is in my Computer room I have a TV card installed on my computer and also a tv. sometimes I watch on the Computer or when I'm on the computer I watch via the TV, I have them running through a cable splitter and wondering if I can use it with the mini box? I just watch 1 tv at a time if that matters

Every device that you will want to watch Cox cable on, you will need a box. In your computer room, you can use the splitter AFTER the mini box, but you will only be able to watch what ever channel the mini box is on and the signal may not be very good. The TV card may still work, but you will have to use it differently. If it has any recording software, it will no longer be able to tune to a channel, because the only channel it will be broadcasting is the signal on channel 3/4. You might be able to get some kind of USB>IR or USB>IR input on box to control what channel it's on.
