mini box remote not compatible with my TV?

The mini box remote is not compatible with every TV out there. While we try to have remotes that give the most compatibility, there is no guarantee that it will work with them all. I apologize for this inconvenience.

I'm having the same problem and this is what I've learned: The URC-2220 for the Mini Box doesn't have many of the codes for popular brands found in other Cox remotes (40 codes missing for Magnavox and none of the 3 codes listed in other Cox remotes for Admiral). There are even remote codes listed in 2220 manual that are not recognized by the remote itself. The codes listed in the manual but not recognized by the remote are 1080, 1561, 1678, 3492 and 3683. Code Search (Method B) doesn't even go through all 147 codes listed in the manual. I counted it going through about 60. I had to do all 147 manually to find out that no codes work for 2 of the 3 TVs I got mini-boxes for. Is there a Cox Solution to this? This is becoming an irritant to me and I'm sure it is to other customers as well.
