McAfee problem and e-bill comment
Not sure what is going on with McAfee. Currently have two desktop icons that each open a different McAfee tool. Might be the cause of some of the errors.
Started with a error message popping up when I started a scan. The error message says that my MCAfee software needs to be updated. So I run the update tool and it gets interupted with a message saying my McAfee software needs to be updated. If I cancel the error message McAfee completes the update and then I can scan with no problem. I have my system set to auto update so not sure why I need to update manually before every scan.
Now when I first boot up my computer McAfee tries to start up a scan on its own but fails and displayes a error message. The scan stays stuck in startup mode and I need to re-boot the computer before McAfee works properly. Maybe i need to uninstall McAfee and reinstall from scratch.
You keep trying to get me sign up for e-billing only. However when go to my bill pay screen I keep getting messages saying my bill is past due. My paper bill shows me paid in full and on time. Bad way to make me trust going paperless.
Just realized this is a forum post (duh). Why do you make it so hard to send you a simple e-mail with a question.

Not that it relates to your problem, but some friendly advice; ditch Mcafee and go with either Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials. Mcafee hasn't made a decent product IMHO in about 2 decades.

With the Mcafee Suite there can be problems with specific install versions after a few years where they need to be reinstalled, this covers most anti virus/security programs out there. So uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it clears the update errors.
