I have a couple questions about the mail server retention
1. I've never used more than 5% of my 2GB quota (typically, it's closer to 2%), but the server automatically deletes messages older than 90 days. Can I configure the retention policy so that I can keep old e-mails on the server for up to a year?
2. Today I logged in with WebMail and noticed that I have only ~2 weeks worth of mail in my inbox on the mail server. I'm not sure if this is due to my own recent e-mail archiving at home (seems unlikely since I do this regularly) or if something happened on the server, or if the default retention policy was changed again. Does anyone else have this problem?

1. Unread emails are automatically removed from the Inbox on the server after 60 days. This cannot be configured by the user however you can work around this by either moving unread items into a folder you have created or by simply marking them as read.
2. It's not uncommon for modern email clients to default to removing all items from the server older than a specified amount of time, say two weeks for example. I would look at the account settings for your email client for the settings which determine when email is removed from the server to see exactly what is going on.
