Can someone PLEASE tell me why I'm only getting 34 mps when I'm paying for 150?! This is a complete rip off. I was getting the same speeds only paying for two tiers down from where we currently are...

Could you include some technical data in your question?
What speedtest did you use and what were the results?
Are you wireless or wired?
Have you tried connecting directly to the modem and testing the speed that way?
What kind of modem/gateway do you have?
Do you also have a router? If so, what kind?
