So if you remember I was having a 144 error code when trying to watch live TV before in the Cox TV Connect App. I'm not having that problem in iOS 7 b2, but now when I try to watch live TV it says "cannot watch live TV while not connected to home network", but I'm connected fine. Oh, and I had the same error while running iOS 6.1 and 6.1.4 too. (technically there are two errors that happen, but they both say the same thing essentially) Screenshot:

We have Advanced TV, the 50 mbps internet, a Whole Home DVR, and a Dual-Band Vizio router (it's very fast).
I'm running TV Connect 1.1.6 in iOS 7 beta on an iPhone 5. I'm having the same problem on an iPad 2 running iOS 6.1 and an iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.2.
Oh, and reinstalling didn't help.

Can you try it with the cellular network disabled?

You dont have cox for phone do you? I have the phone/internet gateway. I think since you dont have phone the tv connect doesnt have a tuner to use? Im guessing here.
Edit: Also you said this worked before? Before the latest trio patch was pushed? I noticed the latest update is very buggy, some boxes wouldnt take the update.

Well, when do you think they will fix it?

The next upgrade for the Trio guide has already been pushed out in some markets and will be pushed out to all soon. Another possibility is a provisioning error with your primary user id. One way to verify is to log into your account at www.cox.net and click on Manage Account.
If you know the user id is the primary but the yellow Alert box reads:
" Alerts & Notifications For your security, only Primary Account Holders have access to features such as past billing statements, recent account activity, and bill delivery options. To learn more about your level of online access see Cox.com User ID Account Types." we will need to get this resolved on our side. I suggest emailing me at cox.help@cox.com to get to the bottom of this.

The Tv connect doesn'nt use a phone tuner at all. It doesn't matter what phone you have.
