Labor Day Outage
What happened to Cox services in Fairfax, VA on Labor Day? I had no telephone, TV or Internet service for five hours? Every channel displayed "Temporarily Off Air," the Signal lights on my Internet modem were dead and my telephone informed me to check the lines.
Everything was okay until 1:30 PM...then nothing. All services restored at 6:30 PM.

I hadn't heard of anything going on yesterday although I was out of the office. The modem looks to be online from this end as of now. Let us know if you continue to see any problems and we'll be happy to help.
