IR Codes for Cisco Explorer 9865HDC
I am trying to setup a Control4 system to control a new 9865 box. I've learned most of the IR codes, however, I can't seem to get the learned "Channel Up" code to work properly. Does anyone know where I can find a complete set of IR hex codes for this box?

Excuse my pointing out the obvious here Becky, but he IS online - and he's requesting support from Cox - the service provider.
I'm also looking for support from Cox by requesting an IR code file for Contour 2.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

We can only support our equipment and not a 3rd party device. Since you are setting up a 3rd party remote, we don't have any support when it's not working. If you have issues with the remote that came with receiver from us, we can help resolve the issue.
