Internet-Emails

I know I have seen this on Cox Guidance, but I can't find it anywhere tonight.  How can I set-up my Laptop and his Laptop to  be able to log on and check email when you away from home on our Laptops or when you have to use another computer (like at work)?  Thank You  Reba
