Internet speed
I am suppose to get "Up to" 50 mbps and have never gotten over 20-22 is this common? I know I will probably not get 50 but 20-22 seams low to me, and there are days I will continually get knocked off. Sundays are the worst. I have pixelating issues with the mini box also. I have removed some splitters and now have only 1 splitter on the line coming into the house with 1 line going to the TV and 1 line going to the modem. I'm getting a little fed up with the service. I've had cox since they have been in Omaha, but since this mini box thing I am seriously thinking of trying one of the satellite providers.

Are these speeds to your WiFi? What is the model of your equipment? Do you have a setup that has a Modem and Router separate or a single WiFi Modem? You mentioned you've never received the speeds. We can take a look at the equipment for provisioning. Please email us at cox.help@cox.com with the full address and name on the Cox account. For troubleshooting purposes, have you attempted to bypass that one remaining splitter and test the channels after resetting the Mini Box. Check for which channels are tiling, and please include this in the email.
