Internet Modem
I think my modem is outdated and causing my son to have problems playing online video games.
He keeps getting error message to check internet services saying signal is low.
How do I get an updated Modem? Do I have to buy it from Cox or can I purchase one?
If so what Brand is suggested for Cox.
