When you lose the internet connection, do any of the lights on the modem change?
Also, are you just resetting the modem, or the router too?

The lights change colors. I've reset full with a cox support on the line.

Ok, then the modem is losing connection. The question is why. Can you post the signal levels? They are available on the 192.168.100.1 webpage. Here is a video with more info.

My signal noise range is 37dB to 39dB, upstream level is 51dBmV

Hmm, I meant all the levels, like copy and paste them. But just by going by what you said so far, you upstream level seems high. Should be below 50.
Also, when you lose the lights, do they all go, or does the Upstream(US) light just blink?
