internet drops on Surfboard SBG6580

Hello All - i started noticing that my internet dropped for a few hours yesterday. I am using a Motorola Surfboard SBG6580. After waiting for a couple hours, i switched it back on and the internet was up and running. Obviously, i am a bit concerned now. When i accessed the router logs this AM, this is what i noticed. Please see below. Thoughts ? Please advise if i need to change my router or have Cox send out a tech ?

i have deleted my router MAC id :-)

When I look at the modem from this end the signal levels being reported by the modem are horribly out of specification.  I think this is going to require a technician to come out and troubleshoot further.

Thanks ChrisL - signal strength from the trap to my modem was almost nn-existent. This was due to a sprinkler flooding the existing trap thus short circuiting it. Tech asked me to keep an eye out on the power value on the downstream bonded channel.
