I can help with that, do you have your modem connected to a wireless router or do you plug your computer directly into the modem? If you have not already, I recommend resetting both devices. Unplug power from the modem and router for 1 minute, reconnect power to the modem. After the modem completes the synchronization, plug the router back in.
