Internet Disconnecting for 30+ seconds every few minutes

I am directly plugged into my modem. I am having an issue that has been going on since I got my service installed. Basically at completely random times my connection is dropping. I can go on for hours playing games or browsing the web/streaming videos but there are times that my internet drops 4 or 5 times in the span of 30 minutes. The drops are never for more than a full minute. I have tried calling support but they always tell me that it looks good on their end. That is not the point if you aren't looking at the drops in my service. Looking for some clarity on this issue.

This is coupled with issues of me not getting the speeds I am paying for

What kind of S/N ratios and Signal levels are you seeing with your modem?  Many modems provide this info and sometimes event logs through a web browser interface at 192.168.100.1.  In the case of a combination modem/router, often you can see the same info by logging into it.

Wow. I love how you gave all this info and got no reply to fix your situation. Was it ever resolved? I'm going through the same thing and restarting everything is getting old fast. The tech is coming out for the second time this month. Really considering cancelling at this point. This has been going on for years for me. Years of techs coming out to no avail. I'd like to keep the service, but it's stupid to pay for service I'm not receiving.

Brandon:

I'm not familiar with what appears to be a DOCSIS 3.1.modem.  I gather that you're not running at 1GB which might explain why there are only 4 upstream channels instead of 8.   I wonder why DOCSIS 2.0 is showing in 2 of the upstream channels and could this point to a Cox provisioning issue?  Otherwise, your levels look very good.  Lastly, can you display the "Event Log"?

Cox only bonds 4 upstream channels in all of their markets, no Cox customers can bond 8 upstream at this time.
