Internet Connection
My internet connection has dropped out four times this month for periods ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. What is up with this? I want reliability, not a guess if it works connection.

Are you losing connection on both wired and wireless devices? During the time you're without service, are the lights on the modem cycling?
