why is cox so slow to pull up e-mail and every thing else ....just wondering is do I need to go to dtv or maybe at&t or something, so many cox cable vans maybe they cant handle internet

Are you logging into our Webmail site? If you have not already I would recommend clearing the cache for the browser you're using (delete temporary internet files, clear history, delete cookies). Does this happen on different computers as well?
