How is it possible to see, when the phone rings, your own number and name as a incoming call to our home? Who can do that? Should we worry?

What you describe is called Spoofing, and I agree--it is both scary and aggravating. Spoofing technology enables someone to change the incoming caller ID text to show whatever name and phone number the spoofer wants it to show, including your home telephone line!
The use of this technology for deceptive purposes is illegal, and the FCC fines heavily for business who utilize spoofing tactics. You can find further information regarding spoofing and how to register complaints at http://www.fcc.gov/guides/caller-id-and-spoofing.
