Seems that every other month, when I go to pay my bill online, I have to wrestle with the COX website to do so. My payment won't process smoothly at all, it will stall for a long while and finally I have to abandon the attempt and try again later. At this moment, been trying for 15 minutes to pay my internet bill. Giving up, will have to try later today. Time consuming. All my other utility payments process quickly and smoothly. Why can't COX? Thanks for listening.

Thank you, MichaelJ. I have hard time getting the site to open sometimes. Right now I'm still trying to make this payment. My third attempt this morning. I'm on the Make One Time Payment section. I put how much I want to pay, then press Continue and it just hangs. Lower left it says "Transferring data from" Cox, but just nothing further, it doesn't advance to the next "Payment Method" option.
Tonight when I get off work will try again and it will probably go right through, but this happens often enough that I wanted to vent a little. Thanks again.

Thank you so much, MichaelJ. Taking a tip from your reply, I tried to pay using the Internet Explorer browser instead of the latest Firefox 38.0.5 and it went right through!! So the problem is Firefox. Going to mention this to them.
If you want, you are welcome to delete this thread. I appreciate your help with this!
