my guide and dvr is not working on 2 of my 4 box's

Hi John, please check to make sure all the connections are tight. Unplug the power cord for about two minutes then plug it back in. This will reset the cable boxes. It can take up to 30 minutes for the guide to program. What is the model of cable box that you are using?
