How to remove Cox Security Suite from a Mac?

I was requested by cox to install this garbage McAfee software on my Mac, allegedly because one of our computers was detected by Cox as having a virus.  I insisted that it was not our Macs, they are real computers not the junk windows toys.  I have been trying top remove the crapware from McAfee, and while the entire folder is gone, it obviously has installed something somewhere else on our system.  It still loads, hangs our machine, etc.  I may end up taking it to Apple, have them fix it and send Cox the bill.  Anyone have any suggestions to save Cox from litigation?
