How long do I have to wait for new box?

I was given an old box because the Providence RI office didn't have a smaller black box with the clock.  It has been a month, and no one has contacted me as to when I will get the smaller black box I was promised.  

I have already had many tech. problems with this box, and I want the new box as soon as possible.
