How long before Cox fixes WatchESPN to display SEC Network Plus?

SEC Network Plus and SEC Network are supposed to show in WatchESPN apps for those of us who have SEC Network in our tv cable plan. It is currently not functional and Cox staff are not well trained in how to use WatchESPN or to report when it's not working.

One woman in a different thread reported that a chat staff incorrectly told her you have to Cox internet to use WatchESPN. That is not true. You only have to have Cox cable tv. I know this because I have both but my dad has only Cox tv and WatchESPN works for him on ESPN3 etc. But our SEC Network channels are not working in WatchESPN currently so we are missing games we want to see, like my alma mater and my dad's. 

Is SEC Network not working on WatchESPN lately for any company or just Cox's interface? It's certainly not working on Cox interfaces  including for android, iphone, laptop, Roku, and Apple TV. Some people buy devices like Roku expecting to be able to use them and waste our money when this happens.

SEC Network supposedly worked fine on WatchESPN last year. It's broken right now and it appears Cox is going to delay fixing it or even recognizing they have a problem.
