how do i reset my password?

I forgot my modem's password and have a new phone that does not remember the password.  How can i reset it or find out what my password is?

or reset the password for that matter on my modem?

Hi, if you include the brand name and model number of the modem in question it will help the Forum members respond to your post. Is the "modem" a combo modem and router? If you have two separate devices make sure you notate the information about the router here and not the modem.
