How can I view Contour full screen on my iPad?

Cox Connect gave a nice full screen picture on my iPad, but I can't find anywhere to make Contour go to full screen. I have an iPad Air. I'm back to Cox Connect because the picture is bigger.

What is the aspect ratio of your iPad? Try changing the aspect ratio to 4:3 in both the "Guide Options" and "Audio & Video" areas of Contour's settings. Or, it could be something completely different. ;)

Looks to be 2048-by-1536 which is loosely 4:3. So if your watching 16:9 content, there is no way to watch it native full screen. The Ipad's screen just isn't the right shape.

Hi Lucyfan,

Cox TV Connect does offer a "zoom"-type feature that allows full-screen viewing, but it is not a feature built into the Contour app. I can definitely understand your frustration, and I've forwarded your post to our Contour engineers for further consideration!
