Horrible internet connection
We are in South Orange county and I am having the worst connection ever. Three new routers in 4 years it's not my router, it's the connection. I'm paying over $100 a month just for Internet and Cox Cant seem to fix it and get this working correctly.
I'm ready to pull my hair out and scream! There is a forum on Facebook for our community in Coto de Caza and so many people complaining, but nothing gets resolved? What gives?

Is your router by chance an Apple branded device? If so, there's a known problem with IPv6 on those routers that'll require you to disable IPv6 on the Internet connection settings by changing it to link-local only to make the connection stable.
