History channel app for full access when?
I pay for cable, I have History channel access. This is for TV service to watch a channel I pay for already. It is TV related and belongs in this forum. History channel says "log in with your provider to have full access to our channel" in other words, watch past shows, watch past series, or what ever was missed, or I want to watch something again later I can. BUT Cox is not a provider that the history channel all access works with. Direct TV is, Comcast is, but not Cox.
If the answer is money, well I pay quite a bit for cable every month even though ads, restrictions, and well you know the drill. I am locked in to this for another six months to go without paying a 150.00 fee to disconnect. If I am paying more this year, for less, you should have more to negotiate with History All Access to have your customers have access to signing into the History channel app (the one you can get on all devices, everywhere but Cox TV isn't a participating provider) I have seen this issue since 2014, its now 2016 and still unusable. You have some pretty excellent negotiators when it comes to NOT providing a service, or talking someone into getting your service, use them, we pay for that too. (yes those fees, that increase in monthly charges, those can't access cable without a digital box sorry you have to upgrade now and pay more because yah digital yes I called, that is what I was told, not making this up)
If the answer is check back later, please don't respond, if the answer is "we will move it up the proverbial chain" please don't answer, I've read answers like that already on this forum and others. If you know of when this will happen, or when your going to lower prices to accommodate the fact that you don't offer all access services as other cable companies do and I am told to basically "deal with it", then yes, I want to know.
